Return Policy

At OffCart, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. Please review the conditions below to determine if your item is eligible for a return or refund.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and must not be damaged or used.
  • The return request must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • A clear unboxing video of the parcel must be submitted along with the return request.
  • The reason for the return must be clearly stated.

Once we receive your return request and the accompanying video, we will review the submission and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund, which will be credited to your original payment method within the time frame specified by your payment provider.

Please note:

  • Returns initiated after 3 days of delivery or for items that are damaged or used will not be accepted.
  • Returns will only be accepted for defective, damaged, or non-functional items.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total amount will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the payment processing charges incurred by us.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund of the product's price. In this case, no cancellation fee will be applied.

Important Notes:

  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as color preferences or dislike of the product.
  • If a return is approved but upon inspection the item is found to be in satisfactory condition, you will be responsible for shipping costs for both the return and reshipment.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return, cancellation, or refund request if the above conditions are not met.
